My Story
My soap adventure started several years ago, when my neighbor first introduced me to her handmade goat milk bars. Immediately, I fell in love with them and wanted to know all about the process of how she made her soap. With four young children to raise, I knew my dream of creating my own batches would have to wait. In 2023, my dream became a reality, as I opened New England Offerings. I wanted my business to not only focus on pure and natural soap products, but also on handcrafted gift items. It was my desire to combine my creative talents of gardening, decorating, crafting, flower arranging, and soap making into one small venture. Since I have a love for all-things New England it was important for my business to reflect that love. When I think of colonial days in early America, compared to today, I think of simpler times and a more natural way of life. This is something that I would like to convey to my customers through the simple design of my booth, with old wooden bowls and antique wooden trays displaying the many wonderful handcrafted soaps and gift items.
